Dedicated to Saving Homeless Pets Through
High-Quality, High-Volume Care

Houston Pets Alive!’s Spay & Neuter Clinic exists solely to support rescue groups, animal shelters, and community cat (TNR) programs

Our mission is simple: to help our partners save more lives by providing accessible, reliable, high-quality sterilization services to our rescue partners and the community.

For additional help with your personal pet, please see our Pet Assistance Resources page.

Why Our Clinic Matters

Shelters and rescue organizations face overwhelming intake numbers, limited kennel space, and constant pressure to move animals to safety. Unaltered animals contribute to overcrowding, slow adoption flow, and increased euthanasia risk.

Our clinic is designed to break that cycle. Every spay/neuter surgery we perform opens space for another animal in need, reduces community overpopulation, and helps pets move more quickly into adoptive or foster homes.

For Shelters & Rescue Partners

Our high-volume, efficient clinic model helps organizations increase their lifesaving capacity. Benefits include:

  • Faster turnaround for animals entering adoption programs
  • Reduced shelter overcrowding
  • Healthier, more adoptable pets
  • Fewer unwanted litters entering the system

Through streamlined scheduling, professional medical care, and a mission-driven team, we make sterilization accessible and impactful for the organizations doing critical lifesaving work.
