While Caspar was receiving urgent care, we were also saying yes to:

• 5 Terrier mixes rescued from a hoarding situation
• 6 Chihuahuas left behind after their owner passed away
• 4 vulnerable puppies found crossing a major road
• A dog suffering from painful dermatitis
• And 70 kittens with nowhere else to go

This is just the tip of the iceberg and these moments don’t happen one at a time. They come all at once, and every single one requires immediate care, resources, and a place to go.
