HPA! utilizes amazing foster homes to house our dogs prior to adoption. If you do not have a particular dog in mind, that is OK! Filling out an adoption application does not obligate you to adopt. It simply starts the overall process and allows us to match you with an amazing adult dog or puppy!
HPA! strives to save as many animals as possible. Therefore, available dog or puppies are available on a first-come, first-served basis to approved applicants. An approved application for a specific dog/puppy does not guarantee you that specific dog/puppy, and dogs/puppies cannot be put on hold.
