Five tiny kittens recently arrived in heartbreaking condition, each one suffering from severe sarcoptic mange, a painful and contagious skin disease that left them vulnerable and at risk of euthanasia at a partner shelter that could no longer care for them. These babies were truly out of time. Because of compassionate supporters, we were able to act immediately. Today, the kittens are safe in loving foster homes where they are receiving medicated baths, round the clock care, and the chance to grow healthy and strong. Their skin is healing, their fur is beginning to return, and they are finally learning what comfort and safety feel like for the first time.
